Editor's review
This is a program that can provide a range of flexibility in getting the pages of a PDF printed out.
This software lets you control the printing of a PDF document at page level. You do not need to split the document at all. If you needed to print pages 1 to 7 from the tray1 or page 7 to 10 from the papers in tray2, this tool can help you do that. All kinds of printer settings of the printer driver like dpi, color/mono, orientation, trays and even switching of printers. For example pages 1-5 to the Xerox in color and pages 6-10 to the HP in B/W can be set easily. All these details are set inside the PDF document so that next time the same kind of arrangement can be activated by a simple click of the print button. These settings can be copied to other documents if these need the same kind of handling.
Pages can be alternated between trays, when alternate pages will come from different trays. You could search for a specific text string to markup a page and mark it with the printer settings. Reports summarizing print page settings are easily available. The interface is simple and you should be able to get going after a little familiarity. Thumbnail settings make for ease of settings. The tool is capable of batch file listing, page marking, searching, loading controls and printing with quick setup scripting. This is a very good product. If you are looking for a similar solution, this is a good candidate for a trial in your exact set up.
